Introducing Zayla...
Zayla is a playful and affectionate girl, who loves nothing more than to lay on the couch next to you. She also has the most delightful habit of madly wagging her tail and snuggling in even closer to you if you "puppy puppy to her".

Nicknamed "Foghorn" because of her very unusual yodel, Zayla came to Mzalia in January 2003 as a 6 month old puppy. I had been looking for some new lines to introduce into our Kennel, and when the opportunity arose to adopt Zayla, I was happy to do so, as I had long admired her mother Aust Ch Wazazi Grand Virtue, Grand Virtue's litter brother Int Ch Wazazi Grand Crusader and her grandfather MBIS Aust Grand Ch Wazazi Classic Lover.

A very active girl, she runs around almost all day long. She has never slowed down, even though she is rapidly approaching 8 years of age. It's a shame that we don't have Lure Coursing over here in Adelaide, as I am sure she would have been very good at it!

Show Record...
Zayla was never the keenest show girl - she became way too bored with it all if you showed her to frequently. Once she attained her title, we only took her to selected shows - which were usually Breed Specialties.

Before she was retired, she was a multiple Best of Breed winner and Class in Show winner.
