Giambi
is a very handsome and masculine dog. From very limited opportunities in the
Show Ring, he has been a Runner-up in Group winner and multiple Class in Group
winner. He has also won a large puppy sweepstakes against strong competition in
Victoria.
Giambi's sire, Aus Ch Baagna Xs Aztec is a son of the very successful stud dog Aus Ch Baagna Wotta Jackpot. In the ring, Aztec has been a Runner-up in Group and multiple Class in Group winner. He has also twice won Red & White Coat classes at Specialty Shows.
His mother Aus Ch Tocayo Juma, a descendant of Teschi and Pukkanut lines, has also been a Runner-up in Group and Class in Show winner, as well as a multiple Class in Group winner. A fun-loving girl, her behaviour at times cost her more wins in the ring, as shows were all about fun for her.
Giambi is the sire of just this one litter so far, but the pups he has produced have done him proud, and show him to be a sire of great potential.
From this first litter, he has produced All Breeds Best in Show winner Aus Ch Mzalia Private Benjamin, Specialty Best in Show winner Aus Ch Mzalia Private Dancer, and the multiple Specialty Opposite Class in Show winner Aus Ch Mzalia Private Ryan.
Two of Giambi's pups finished in the "Top 10" Basenjis Nationwide in the 2005 DogzOnLine Points Score!
In June 2006, his daughter Aus Ch Mzalia Private Dancer also created breed history in South Australia by becoming the first Basenji to win the Spitz Breeds Club of South Australia's Spitz of the Year.

Dam:
Aus Ch Mzalia Texas Cheerleader...A multiple Best in Group, Class in Show and Specialty Class in Show winner, Debbie is an elegant, feminine bitch, possessing lovely breed type. She is beautifully bodied, with an excellent topline and a superb coat. She is also a lovely square bitch with the required "high on leg" appearance, and shares her mother's outgoing temperament.
Debbie has been a wonderful producer from the two litters she has had for us, her pups inheriting her wonderful proportions and superb breed type. She has thrown 4 champions (including the Specialty Best in Show winning Aus Ch Mzalia Private Dancer and the All Breeds Best in Show winning Aus Ch Mzalia Private Benjamin), and multiple Best in Group, Runner-up in Group and Class in Show winners. She has also produced a multiple Specialty Opposite Class in Show winner.
Two of Debbie's pups finished in the "Top 10" Basenjis Nationwide in the 2005 DogzOnLine Points Score!
Then in June 2006, Aus Ch Mzalia Private Dancer created breed history in South Australia by becoming the first Basenji to win the Spitz Breeds Club of South Australia's Spitz of the Year.
Debbie is a litter sister to the the Best in Show winner Aus Ch Mzalia Texas Gunfighter (now a very successful sire in his own right) and to the Runner-up in Group and Specialty Opposite Class in Show winner Mzalia Texas Ranger (who is also showing promise as a sire with the pups from his first litters).
