A Little About
Roy...
Say hello to Roy - an eye-catching son of our outstanding foundation bitch Flame (Aus Ch Eilsta Qwyt Kutani) and the exciting stud dog Jack (Aus Ch Baagna Wotta Jackpot).
Roy is a very handsome and elegant individual, who has matured basenji of classic style. He has a lovely masculine head, superb coat, good earset, excellent length of neck, and beautiful proportions. In many ways, he reminds you of his three-quarter brother Indy (Aus Ch Mzalia Lotus Indy) and his half brother Ranger (Mzalia Texas Ranger)
Roy
is also one of the most
adorable loving, outgoing and playful basenji you could ever hope to meet. Everything is an
utter joy to Roy. This means that he is often not as well behaved as he should be when in
the show ring. But anyway - shows
have got to be fun!!
Roy's favourite things are eating, playing with his brothers and cousins, playing with the adults, playing with his humans, playing with his toys, playing with everyone at the shows, playing with..... I think you get the idea.
Roy really is a delight to be around.

Jack was an extremely successful dog in the show ring being a
Specialty Best in Show winner, multiple Best in Group Winner and
Runner-up Best in Show winner. He also won the "Stars of
Tomorrow" competition, an invitation only exhibition where the contestants are
selected from the top winning puppies based on awards won at major shows. Jack was the
first basenji to be invited to take part in this competition, let alone be successful in
it.
Jack has proven to be a highly successful sire so far, producing 1 Australian Grand Champion, 1 New Zealand Grand Champion and 8 Australian Champions from his 4 litters to date (June 2007). His sons and daughters are also proving to be successful producers as well.
Jack is also a maternal half-brother to our own Aus Grand Ch Baagna Virst Legend.

Flame has been a wonderful producer for us at stud, throwing Best in Show winners as well as multiple All Breeds Champ Show Best in Group and Class in Show winners. Her progeny have also done very well at Breed Specialty Shows, with Multiple Class in Show, Opposite Class in Show and Property Class winners. She is also a multiple "Dam & Progeny" class winner at Specialty Shows
One of her sons, is also a successful sire in his own right, throwing Grand Champions, Champions, Runner-up Best in Show and Class in Show winners. What more could you ask for from your foundation bitch?
Flame is a very sound bitch, with an effortless gait, stunning coat and a lovely head and expression. She is also possessed of a wonderfully outgoing and friendly temperament. These are qualities she has consistently passed on to her puppies.
