Magenta was mated to MBIS/MBISS Aus Grand Ch Baagna Alpha Cheek and her litter will be due around 8th June. We had a list minute change of plans with Tina, mating her to MBISS Aus Ch Baagna Wotta Jackpot, with their litter being due around 2nd June.

It was fantastic being able to attend the Basenji judging at the Sydney Royal Show, and catching up with so many of the NSW Basenji people during my stay - I look forward to seeing them all again at the Specialty in October.

My sincere thanks to Millissa Voglsam and John Forbes for their hospitality during my stay.

Whilst I was away, I also got some fabulous news from Norway about my girls Zally and Tasha. At their very first show against the adults Tasha was 2 CK (Excellent) and 2nd best female, and Zally was 1 CK (Excellent), CC, BOS!

Two exciting litters are planned with two of our most beautiful ladies.

Tina has been booked to visit the grand old dog and proven producer Aus Ch Baagna Regal Rascal and Magenta has been booked to the exciting dog Aus Grand Ch Baagna Alpha Cheek. Both of these boys are All Breeds and Specialty Best in Show winners.

We have a few interesting bits of news to start the new year off.

First of all, we recently bade a very fond farewell to Errol, who is now the much loved companion of the Robertson family in New South Wales. We wish them a happy future together.

We have also updated our pages to reflect the excellent results our stock received with the Fanconi DNA Marker testing. We are delighted that all of our stock came back as probably Clear/Normal.

We also received the excellent news that Zayla's dam Aus Ch Wazazi Grand Virtue tested probably Clear/Normal as well.
