Isaac's Show Career
Isaac
is a handsome youngster, who made an impressive start to his show career with
back-to-back Baby Puppy in Group wins. He also won Minor Puppy in
Show at the Basenji Club of Victoria Specialty in March 2006 (pictured
right).
Isaac certainly enjoys being a showdog. It is not uncommon for him to be madly wagging his tail when the judge approaches him on the examination table.
Whilst he is not as well behaved on the lead as he could be - he is so happy and full of life, he wants to do everything at one speed - FLAT OUT! But once he puts it all together, we are sure that he will move ahead in leaps and bounds.
Isaac has recently gone through quite a growth spurt, and has quite a gawky, lean and lanky appearance, and if he is like other members of his family, he will probably be about 2 years of age before he fully matures.
Isaac was retired from the show ring after the 2006 NSW Specialty, and is now in a loving pet home.
